SceneSim Privacy Policy

SceneSim is a web-based demonstration of ALL3D’s spatial AI technology. It allows users to create, edit, arrange, visualize, render, and interact with 3D scenes using tools that may include natural-language prompts, 3D assets, images, textures, scene settings, and AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs.

Depending on how you use SceneSim, we may collect the following categories of information.

We may use information to:

• ✓provide, operate, maintain, render, and secure SceneSim;
• ✓process prompts and Scene Content and return requested scene changes or outputs;
• ✓save or restore sessions and projects where that functionality is offered;
• ✓diagnose errors, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and protect users and our systems;
• ✓communicate with you and respond to support, feedback, or demonstration requests;
• ✓analyze and improve SceneSim, ALL3D’s 3D tools, and related AI models and services;
• ✓enforce our Terms of Service and protect legal rights; and
• ✓comply with applicable law and valid legal process.

ALL3D’s AI features use open-source models that are customized and trained using 3D models, images, and AI-generated assets created or uploaded through SceneSim and ALL3D’s other services.

If a “Do Not Train” control is available, you may use it to exclude specified content from future training. You may also contact support@all3d.ai to request that specified content be excluded from future training. A request will not reverse training already completed or remove information that has already been aggregated or transformed into model parameters where reversal is not technically feasible.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases:

You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

We may share limited operational data:

• With trusted service providers: offering hosting, analytics, or rendering support;
• With AI model partners: including open-source collaborators, for model improvement; and
• With legal authorities: when required by applicable law.

Service providers that process data on our behalf are contractually obligated to use it solely to provide services to ALL3D and not for their own independent purposes.

SceneSim may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies without which the service cannot function securely. Non-essential analytics or tracking technologies will be used only after consent where required by law. You may reject or change non-essential cookie choices through the cookie banner or preference tool, if shown, or through your browser settings.

Rejecting non-essential cookies should not prevent access to the core SceneSim demonstration, although some optional features may work differently.

We retain only non-personal, anonymized data for operational continuity and AI model improvement.

Where personal information, including online identifiers collected through consent-based analytics, is processed, it is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

ALL3D serves users globally. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, such as access controls, secure infrastructure, monitoring, and encryption where appropriate. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting any account credentials and for choosing content appropriate for submission to a demonstration service.

ALL3D does not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights. To submit a request, email support@all3d.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of authority.

You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

California Notice

The categories described in Section 2 are the categories of personal information we may collect. We use and disclose those categories for the business purposes described in Sections 3 and 6. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

For users in these regions, ALL3D is the controller of personal information processed under this Policy unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. You may contact us about our processing or exercise your rights using the details in Section 15.

SceneSim is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required in their country or obtain legally valid parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

SceneSim may contain links to or interoperate with third-party services. This Policy does not govern a third party’s independent processing. Review the third party’s privacy notice before using its service.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in SceneSim, our practices, or applicable law. We will post the updated Policy and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
